Kimberly - Physical Therapist
PT
Kimberly is originally from San Diego however her heart belongs to Yokosuka, Japan. Kimberly previously worked in Home Health Physical Therapy because it gave her the flexibility she needed as a new mom. Now that Kimberly has survived her first year of motherhood, she wanted to go back to working in a team-based setting where she can continue to hone her skills and services in an orthopedic setting. Kimberly completed her undergraduate degree at California State University of San Marcos, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. She was lucky to complete PTA school on time at Concorde Career College in Garden Grove during the time of the Covid pandemic. Kimberly also has special certifications such as Pelvic Floor 1 & 2A, Myofascial Decompression Level 1, and is also part of the Advanced Proficiency Pathway Program with a specialty in orthopedics. Kimberly's favorite thing about being a PTA is continuously learning different approaches to physical therapy interventions for different specialties. Kimberly does her best not to limit herself to one specialty and will always be eager to learn in order to grow as a PTA. In her spare time, aside from spending quality time with her family, Kimberly likes to catch up on sleep (new mom problems), learn new recipes, and catch up on books that she bought but haven't read yet.
